Yes. Returns are handled through Amazon if that is where you purchased, and their standard return window applies. If you need help, email support@afelectronics.us and we will guide you through it.
How long does the warranty last? +
Standard warranty covers you from the date of purchase. Register your product to extend your coverage for free.
What if my product arrived damaged? +
Email us right away at support@afelectronics.us with your order number and a couple of photos. We will send a replacement or refund with no hassle.
Where can I find product instructions? +
Most products include a quick-start guide in the box. If you lost yours or need more detail, just email us and we will send them over.
Do you ship internationally? +
Shipping is handled through Amazon, so it depends on which marketplace you ordered from. Check your Amazon account for delivery options in your region.
