Our Warranty Promise
We build our products to last, and we back them up. Here's exactly what's covered, what's not, and how to get help if something goes wrong.

Coverage Period
Standard Warranty
Every AF International product comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and issues that aren't caused by normal use or accidents.
Extended Warranty (Free)
Register your product within 30 days of purchase, and we'll bump your coverage up to 6 months at no extra cost- no catch. Just email us at support@afelectronics.us to register.
Proof of Purchase
We'll need your Amazon order number (or other proof of purchase) to process any claim. Hang on to your order confirmation email; it's the easiest way to find it.
What's Covered
Our warranty covers issues that are our fault, not yours. Specifically:
- ✅ Manufacturing defects: anything that wasn't made right at the factory
- ✅ Material failures: parts that break down due to faulty materials under normal use
- ✅ Workmanship issues, assembly problems, loose components, finishing flaws
- ✅ Shipping damage: products that arrive broken or damaged (report within 7 days of delivery)
- ✅ Missing parts: anything that should've been in the box but wasn't
- ✅ Functional failures: the product stops working as intended through no fault of yours
What's Not Covered
We want to be upfront so there are no surprises later. Here's what falls outside our warranty:
- ❌ Normal wear and tear, fading, minor scratches, and cosmetic aging over time
- ❌ Accidental damage drops, spills, impacts, or anything that's clearly accidental
- ❌ Misuse or abuse of the product in a way it wasn't designed for
- ❌ Unauthorized modifications: taking it apart, customizing it, or repairing it yourself
- ❌ Improper care damage from not following the care instructions
- ❌ Lost or stolen items; we can't replace what we can't verify
- ❌ Third-party purchases: products bought through unauthorized resellers (always buy from our official Amazon store)
- ❌ Commercial use our warranty covers personal use only
How to File a Claim
Filing a claim is straightforward. Here's the step-by-step:
Step 1: Get in touch
Email us at support@afelectronics.us with your claim. Use the subject line "Warranty Claim [Order Number]" to help us prioritize it.
Step 2: Send us the details
Include the following so we can help you fast:
- Your Amazon order number (or proof of purchase)
- Product name and the date you received it
- A clear description of the issue
- 2–4 photos showing the problem
- A short video if the issue is something you can show in motion (optional but helpful)
Step 3: We'll review
We'll look over your claim and get back to you with the next steps. In most cases, we'll either send a replacement, offer a refund, or arrange a repair, whichever makes the most sense.
Step 4: Resolution
If a replacement is being sent, we'll cover the shipping. If we need the original product back for inspection, we'll send you a prepaid return label.
Refunds, Replacements & Repairs
Replacement
For most defective products, we'll ship you a new one. Replacements come with the remainder of your original warranty period; they don't reset the clock.
Refund
If a replacement isn't possible (item discontinued, out of stock, etc.), we'll offer a full refund to your original payment method.
Repair
For some products, repair is the best option. We'll let you know if this is the case and cover all repair-related costs.
Things to Know
Warranty is non-transferable
Your warranty applies to the original purchaser only. If you give the product away or sell it, the warranty doesn't transfer.
Regional differences
Some regions have specific consumer protection laws that may give you additional rights beyond this warranty. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Changes to this policy
We may update this warranty policy from time to time. The version that applies to your product is the one that was active on the date you purchased it.
