V2L Vehicle-to-Load

Your EV has a massive battery sitting in the driveway. During a blackout, a camping trip, or a tailgate, that battery could be running your fridge, your tools, or your coffee maker. It just needs the right adapter to let the power out.

The AFI V2L adapter plugs into your EV's charge port and gives you a standard 120V household outlet on the other end. Connect an extension cord or plug an appliance straight in. Your car becomes a rolling generator, silent and emission-free.

Rated for up to 15 amps at 120 volts, roughly 1.8kW continuous output. Enough for a refrigerator, a sump pump, a laptop and router, a portable heater, or a microwave. Not enough for a full house, but enough to keep the essentials running when the grid is down, or you are miles from an outlet.

Built-in overload protection cuts power if you pull more than the adapter can handle. The housing is weather-resistant for outdoor use. No fumes, no fuel cans, no engine maintenance. Just a cable that turns your EV into a power station.

V2L compatibility varies by vehicle. Works with Hyundai Ioniq 5 and 6, Kia EV6 and EV9, Genesis GV60, and select other EVs that support vehicle-to-load output. Check your owner's manual for V2L support before ordering. Not compatible with Tesla, Ford, Rivian, or GM vehicles.
